So what do we learn here? The lesson is that almost all customers like a freebie and if they receive one from a supplier it creates a positive relationship. And when people buy goods at your online business, on the delivery section, give them some bonuses and they will love you for that.
As customers, we're likely to return and do business with those who give us freebies and we're more likely to tell other people all about our positive experience. It's good practice to give your customers freebies at times but don't over do it.
